the suspension bridge
is
surprising
and not
dangerous

One trip is
13.2 kilometers,
about
30,000
steps.
There were
two round trips
in total.
It’s a
two-day trip,
one day to
come and
one day to
return.

What I brought back
was
not only
a sense of accomplishment,
but also
a heavy sense of
pain.

The pain is
so painful
that sleeping
cannot resolve it, and
it still hurts
even when
sleeping.

Then
we
need
massage.
Use
a massage ball
to roll
against
the pain points,
feel
the more
intense pain,

the journey.
